Very inflexible !

Des although are very capable in their job. They are totally inflexible with when they will come out ! They will got give u any clear indication to timescales and will not even try to fit in with u at all !! Also how strange I asked for a call before they were coming and was told if I requested it and if they called and I didn't answer even if phone went to answer phone they just wouldn't turn up !
